Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
Plan and execute field sales activities, including property site visits, market mapping, and lead generation.
Conduct prospecting, calling, and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed property sales.
Organize and coordinate property exhibitions, corporate events, seminars, and client meet-ups to promote projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Present property proposals, floor plans, and quotations, guiding clients through the decision-making process.
Liaise with internal teams (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and delivery processes.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates for management review.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
support junior sales executives, providing guidance on sales techniques and client handling.
