Key Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities):Residential / Commercial properties ki sales aur marketing karnaLeads generate karna (calls, walk-ins, references, online portals)Interested clients ko property details samjhanaSite visits arrange aur conduct karnaClient ke queries aur objections ko professionally handle karnaNegotiation aur deal closing mein support karnaClient ka follow-up karna till final bookingBooking form, documents aur payment coordination mein help karnaDaily/weekly sales report maintain karnaMarket trends aur competitor activities ki basic knowledge rakhnaRequired Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Undergraduate (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory)Real estate sales ka experience preferred (Fresher bhi apply kar sakte hain)Good communication skills (Hindi compulsory, English basic ho to plus)Convincing & negotiation skillsCustomer-handling aur follow-up skillsTarget-oriented aur self-motivatedMS Excel / CRM ka basic knowledgeExperience:0–3 years (Real Estate / Field Sales experience preferred)Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (as per company policy)Work Location:Site Office / Corporate Office / Field Work
