Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Customer Management
Handle high-value customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Resolve customer queries, negotiate prices, and finalize deals.
Showroom Operations
Oversee daily sales floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
Ensure proper display of vehicles, test drive management, and customer walk-in handling.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare sales reports and share updates with the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, service, and delivery teams for seamless execution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
3–6 years of experience in automobile sales.
Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
Knowledge of car models, features, financing options & RTO process.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
