Hiring Sr. Sales Executive/Asst. Manager -Sales (Real Estate)
Real Estate Sales Experience: Min 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore, near Rajanukunte, Yelahanka.
Roles and Responsibilities:
➢ Attend customer leads/incoming calls and generate site visits.
➢ Attend customers at site, present the project, pitch the right product, handle queries and
drive them towards sales closure.
➢ Regular follow up with customers, help closing of sales and achieve set targets.
➢ Overall responsible/assist in selling of Luxury Villas.
➢ Conduct market research, completion analysis, etc., & provide inputs required for marketing.
➢ Maintain seamless communication with CRM department regarding post sales updates
➢ Prepare/maintain sales reports & MIS as prescribed.
