We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning showroom. The candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with customers, and the ability to increase showroom and project sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new sales for Residential & Commercial Air Conditioners
Handle walk-in customers and business clients professionally
Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects & corporate clients
Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets
Lead and manage the sales team
Create new marketing and sales strategies to increase business
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales
Maintain excellent customer service and after-sales support
Requirements:
Experience in AC / HVAC / Electronics sales preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Leadership quality with target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of air conditioning products
Ability to work during peak summer season
Smart personality with professional behavior
