Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager - Real Estate Sales candidate to join our company in Noida, Sector - 90. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.

Job Location:     Noida, Sector – 90.

Job Description:

·         Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

·         Leads Generation and Calling to Client. Schedule & conduct daily/weekly sales meetings.

·         Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

·         Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. Continuous follow up with the customers & site visits.

·         Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

·         Aggressively achieving the sales target.

·         Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.

Job Specification:
1. Graduate or Post Graduate with Experience.
2. 1+ Years of experience in Sales and Marketing. (Real Estate Experience Preferred)

3. Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
