Drive sales through a team of advisors/partners or through direct customer acquisition.
Manage and develop the sales team/channel to achieve business targets.
Recruit, train, and motivate advisors or sales officers (depending on the channel).
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentoring.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Promote high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Generate MIS reports and monitor key sales metrics.
Candidate profile :
Graduation: Any steam
2–5 years of sales experience (preferably any industry )
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused and result-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
