We are looking for an active, self-motivated Assistant Sales Manager fresher with a strong interest in field sales and business development. The candidate will support sales operations, manage field activities, develop new clients, and help achieve sales targets through on-ground market engagement.

## Key Responsibilities:
Conduct •field sales activities••, including client visits, product demos, and meetings
Identify and develop •new business opportunities•• in assigned territories
Assist in preparing •sales quotations, proposals, and follow-ups••

Support the Sales Manager in •planning sales strategies and execution••

## Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate / MBA
Basic knowledge of •field sales, client handling, and negotiations••
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively for •field sales activities••
• Proactive, energetic, and result-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of •IT products / technology sales•• (if possible)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
