About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Sales Manager to drive property sales, generate high-quality Referral leads, and build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for fresher’s as well and early-career professionals who are passionate about real estate industry, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Connect and qualify leads through various channels (calls, references, site visits)
· Conduct property walk through and deliver compelling presentations to clients
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
· Handle end-to-end business cycle: inquiry → site visit → negotiation → closure
· Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
· Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
· Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
· Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
Required Skills
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and documentation
· Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
· Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
· Familiarity with CRM tools.
· Willingness to travel for property presentation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
· 0–2 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred, fresher can apply)
