Passionate about hospitality, real estate, and deal-making
🔹 Salary Range
💰 ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & role)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Assist and manage hotel leasing, management contracts & revenue-share deals
Liaise with hotel owners, developers, and branded operators
Support deal structuring, negotiations, and closures
Prepare proposals, presentations, and transaction documentation
Coordinate for greenfield & brownfield hospitality projects
🔹 Desired Profile
1–5 years of experience in hospitality / real estate / advisory roles
Understanding of hotel business models (Lease / Management / Franchise)
Strong communication and coordination skills
MBA / Hotel Management / Real Estate background preferred
