Assistant Sales Manager

Role Purpose:
The Member Co-ordinator is responsible for managing member relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding, handling queries, and supporting sales and retention activities to deliver an excellent member experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Support & Service

  • Greet members and ensure a friendly, welcoming environment

  • Handle member inquiries, complaints, and assistance requests

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members

• Membership Management

  • Assist in new member enrollments, renewals, and upgrades

  • Maintain accurate member records and databases

  • Follow up on membership expiries, pending payments, and leads

• Onboarding & Engagement

  • Guide new members through inductions and orientation

  • Coordinate fitness assessments with trainers

  • Promote gym services, classes, and programs

• Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between members, trainers, and management

  • Schedule appointments, PT sessions, and consultations

  • Share updates, offers, and reminders with members

• Retention & Sales Support

  • Support membership sales targets

  • Encourage renewals and member loyalty

  • Track member satisfaction and feedback

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / Excel preferred)

• Ability to handle pressure and multitask

• Prior experience in fitness/hospitality/customer service is a plus
