We are looking for a Assistant Managing Director to join our team at at Bijay Laxmi Enterprises. The role focuses on expanding the client base, can acts as the right-hand to the head of sales. They are responsible for driving revenue, executing sales strategies, overseeing daily operations, and managing the sales team to ensure department targets are met or exceeded. The position offers ₹60,000 - ₹90,000 and opportunities for career growth with incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning
Sales Forecasting: Analyzing historical data, market trends, and pipeline metrics to predict future revenue and set achievable quotas.
Market Expansion: Identifying new business opportunities, target demographics, and untapped geographical markets or industries.
Budget Management: Assisting in creating departmental budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resources for the highest return on investment (ROI).
2. Team Leadership and Management
Recruitment and Onboarding: Assisting in hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
Performance Tracking: Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual rep performance, conducting regular reviews, and implementing coaching to improve closing rates.
Motivation: Designing incentive programs, running sales contests, and maintaining a high-energy, results-driven team culture.
3. Operational Execution
Process Optimization: Streamlining sales processes, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with marketing, product, and finance departments to ensure smooth product delivery, billing, and inventory alignment.
Tech Administration: Overseeing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics platforms to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
4. Key Account Management & Negotiation
Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, VIP clients, and strategic partners.
High-Level Negotiations: Stepping in to close high-value deals or resolving complex customer complaints that require executive escalation.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
