Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month

HOUZEE Real Estate Consultancy is looking for an experienced and driven sales professional to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of Gurugram’s real estate market, the ability to manage client relationships, and a proven focus on achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduation mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Gurugram’s real estate market, particularly Dwarka Expressway and New Gurgaon.
• Up-to-date understanding of projects, inventory, pricing, payment plans, and market offerings.
• Experience in client acquisition, property sales, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in property documentation, booking procedures, and coordination with developers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving licence mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property enquiries and understand clients’ investment and residential requirements.
• Recommend suitable residential and commercial property options.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, inventory, pricing, and market trends.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate with clients, and drive deal closures.
• Coordinate with developers and channel partners for bookings, documentation, and payment procedures.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
