Job brief
An Assistant General Manager (AGM) in electrical sales is responsible for managing sales, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to grow the business. They also collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and pricing.
Responsibilities:
Inquiry generation of LV & MV Switchboard from various segments i.e. OEM, Industries, Infra, Utility, Contractors & Consultants, HVAC Clients etc.
• Estimation & Costing based on customer requirement need.
• Comparison of Switchgear make & Specifications to pursue counter price.
• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
• Electrical drawing approval & closing it by technical meetings with clients - consultants etc.
• Providing technical support in pre-sales & after sales support.
• Identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing.
• Keep records of sales, billing, revenue, quotations, drawing submission, payment terms etc.
• Providing technical assistance for preparing tenders, proposals and quotations
• Writing reports and sales literature • Responsible for providing product education, advice, training and presentation
• Ensuring sales target, sales review meeting, sales hurdles etc
Responsible for KRA / KPI and target.
Experience:
Should have 10-18 years.
Qualification:
Graduate, B.Tech in the Electrical / Diploma in Electrical
Package:
15-20 LPA
Office Timing:
09:00 to 06:00 PM
