Job Description

  • Store Operations & Management:

    • Oversee daily store opening and closing procedures, key management, and physical security (such as the Jio Smart Living app for arming and disarming).

    • Manage store systems, software applications (like SAP and JP Works), and material/inventory management.

    • Ensure proper cash handling, daily cash deposits, store imprest cash, UPI, and card payment reconciliations.

  • Sales & Target Achievement:

    • Drive new customer acquisitions, SIM activations, recharges, and product sales to meet monthly and store revenue targets.

    • Maintain stock availability, proper merchandising, and product visibility on store shelves.
