Sales Position : Assistant / Deputy Manager

Salary range : 6 LPA – 8 LPA

Job description

Reporting to Sales Leader Desired Skills:

 3 - 4 years experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales. OR

Hardcore-Sales experience from other Industry. Eg : Car Showroom Sales 25-30 LPA

price range. Or even from Banking side also.

 Strong experience in direct sales. Should have strong experience in sales closure.

 Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques

 Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.

 Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to

find homes that match their clients needs - preferred.

Tasks

 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their

position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

 Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;

recommending solutions.

 Updating all necessary information in the ERP

 Always Customer Focused and Should be aggressive with excellent communication

skills

 Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances

IT Skills : Word, Excel

Behavioural Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Customer focused, having thirst

for sales
