Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and implement trade schemes & consumer promotions to boost sales.
· Execute BTL activities (on-ground activations, dealer meets, sampling, POSM, retail visibility, etc.).
· Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and trade partners to ensure effective implementation of schemes and campaigns.
· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
· Support the marketing team in developing innovative campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions.
· Manage budgets for trade schemes, BTL activities, and ensure ROI tracking.
· Work closely with creative agencies and vendors for branding material, activations, and event execution.
· Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, trade scheme performance, and consumer response.
