Pearl Organisation is hiring an Assistant Manager – Sales to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a driven and confident individual who is passionate about sales and can contribute to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales processes.

• Generate new leads and identify business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

• Strong interest and willingness to build a career in sales (mandatory).

• Proven ability to handle clients professionally.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
