Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the sales operations of Nilansh Celeste.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities.
Supervise site visits, client meetings, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Prepare periodic sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for management.
Handle escalated client queries and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the sales office.
