Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager in Motor / General

Insurance to support business operations, client servicing, and policy management. The

candidate will assist senior team members and ensure smooth execution of insurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in handling motor and general insurance policies (issuance, renewal,

endorsements).

 Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and claims.

 Support senior team members in business development and client servicing.

 Manage client queries and provide timely resolutions.

 Maintain accurate records of policies, clients, and transactions.

 Follow up on renewals and ensure business retention.

 Assist in claims processing and documentation.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Skills Required:

 Strong knowledge of motor and general insurance products.

 Good communication and client-handling skills.

 Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

 Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
