Job Title: Sports Turf Manager

Responsibilities :

Respond to new enquiries and manage bookings efficiently through the designated app, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Compile and analyze daily reports on turf facility usage, including bookings, cancellations, and any issues encountered.

Keep records of maintenance activities and manage stock, expenses and equipment inventory

Monitor and supervise groundskeeping staff in turf area cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Coordinate with the turf caretaker to update and maintain records of the day-to-day activities.

Actively promote and organize events and tournaments hosted on the turf facility, coordinating logistics and ensuring successful execution.

Interact with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, fostering positive relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Posting and promotion of community events hosted at the turf facility

Maintain and update the turf facility's social media platforms, sharing relevant content, event updates, and engaging with followers to enhance online presence and community engagement.

Develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and exploring new market opportunities.

Generate Revenue

Requirements:

Passion for sports and a strong understanding of athlete needs and performance requirements.

Good communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with coaches, athletes, and staff.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate sports schedules and events.

Shift : 2 pm to 11 pm

Working days : 6
