ExExperience: 5+ years
· Roles and responsibilities-
· Responsibility to develop customer base (Direct Shippers, vendors, co-loaders, Consolidators)
· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
· Achieve a set number of ‘visit’ targets in line with your sales targets for new business and/or maintaining existing customers.
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
· Continuously improve through feedback
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
SERVICES
· Our dedicated team provides Sales, Operations & Customer Service support to all our end clients for the services through our Head-Office and across fifteen Regional offices in close coordination with the local FedEx team.
· Airport to Door service for all IATA agents as well as Freight Forwarders
· Door to Door Customer cleared service through authorized Freight Forwarders for business exporters.
· Express service for Airport to Airport or Door to Door.
· Special unaccompanied baggage services for International and Domestic
· International and Domestic Courier and delivery services for different items such as Gifts, Samples, and documents
· The door to door services for personal shipments and gifting items through Fedex’s wide network globally.
