Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Assistant Manager to join our team at 8AM. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹55,000 - ₹66,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

  Job Responsibilities:-

  1. Oversee and manage accounts on marketplaces such as #Blinkit, #Zepto, #Instamart, #BigBasket.

  2. Develop strategies to increase sales and performance on Amazon, Filpkart etc.

  3. Monitor account metrics, manage inventory, and execute promotions.

  4. Communicate with platform managers and resolve issues.

  Qualifications:

  Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms

  Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

  Proficiency in Excel and e-commerce platform tools.
  
  Salary Budget- upto 8 LPA
