Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing (Innovation) Job Description : Job title: Assistant Manager - Customer Marketing (Innovation) Responsibilities: Outlet Activation: Execute customer marketing and trade activation plans directly at retail and on-trade channels. In-Store Visibility: Drive brand visibility using Point of Sale Materials (POSM), merchandising, gondolas, racks, and signage. Market Execution: Conduct regular market visits, outlet mapping, and joint field "recees" with the sales team to evaluate and finalize locations. Vendor & Promoter Management: Manage on-ground vendors, promoters, installation upkeep, and purchase order (PO) bill clearances. Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with commercial sales and brand marketing teams to track performance metrics and activity calendars. Support sales team in achieving volume & distribution targets Handle documentation (POs, bills, stock tracking, etc.) About the Function: Sales is where our brands meet the real world.
