Position: Area Sales Manager – Field Sales
Location: Chennai
Role Objective: Generate residential solar sales through field visits and customer conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Door-to-door visits to generate leads
• Explain solar benefits and government subsidy
• Collect customer details and qualify leads
• Conduct follow-ups and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Submit daily activity report
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Monday
Salary Structure:
• Fixed Salary + Incentive per kW + Bonus
Requirements:
• Must have bike
• Must be comfortable with field work
• Good communication in Tamil
• Sales experience preferred
