Key Responsibilities:
• Response to customer complaints
• Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
• Works alongside with technical sales engineers
• Service call receives regarding technical problem calls of machines.
• Responsibility of Installation of machine/ Operate the machine/ Trouble shooting.
• Provide Demonstration of the machine to the visitors.
• Responsible to provide telephonic and online service support to customer as and when required.
• Make the service report during service visit and discuss with HOD regarding problems and new requirements of customers.
• Responsible to carry our periodic preventive maintenance of machine as per schedule.
• Daily reporting to service head/ technical head.
