Area Sales Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Area sales officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, driving sales of life insurance products, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Understand customer financial needs and provide suitable insurance solutions.

• Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and client engagement.

• Provide end-to-end assistance during the policy issuance process.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth policy servicing and issue resolution.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Maintain MIS reports and update CRM tools regularly.

• Participate in marketing and promotional activities/events.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
