Area Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily site visits to monitor and supervise guards’ performance and attendance

• Maintain discipline, grooming, and alertness of security personnel

• Coordination with clients for feedback, requirements, and resolving issues

• Recruitment, deployment, and training of new guards as per site requirements

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

• Maintain site visit reports and incident documentation

• Handling emergency situations and ensuring immediate response

• Act as a communication bridge between field staff and management

• सुरक्षा गार्डों के प्रदर्शन और उपस्थिति की निगरानी के लिए दैनिक साइट विज़िट करना

• सुरक्षा कर्मियों में अनुशासन, स्वच्छता (गूमिंग) और सतर्कता बनाए रखना

• ग्राहकों से फीडबैक, आवश्यकताओं और समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए समन्वय करना

• साइट की आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार नए गार्डों की भर्ती, तैनाती और प्रशिक्षण करना

• कंपनी की नीतियों और वैधानिक नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना

• साइट विज़िट रिपोर्ट और घटना दस्तावेज़ों को बनाए रखना

• आपातकालीन स्थितियों को संभालना और तत्काल प्रतिक्रिया सुनिश्चित करना

• फील्ड स्टाफ और प्रबंधन के बीच संचार का पुल बनकर काम करना
