Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Appoint and develop new distributors and strengthen the existing dealer network.
Increase secondary sales through distributors and channel partners.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Plan and execute sales promotions, product launches, and market activation activities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Conduct regular market visits and retailer meetings.
Track distributor stock levels and ensure product availability.
Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotional campaigns.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales report.
