BB Champ / Broadband Champion
Key Responsibilities
Generate new broadband / WiFi / internet customer acquisitions.
Follow up on assigned leads (call within ~15 minutes of assignment).
Visit customer premises for demos and sales closures.
Handle in-store walk-ins and convert to sales.
Achieve monthly targets (lead-to-appointment, GADs, conversions).
Upsell/cross-sell higher value broadband plans.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
6 months–1+ year in sales/field sales/telecom preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of broadband/internet services.
2-wheeler with valid license (for field work).
Local language fluency; basic English helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month (varies by region/experience).
Performance incentives / commissions on target achievement.
Allowances: PF, ESI, insurance, mobile & travel support (in some locations).
Day shift; usually 6-day work week.
