We are looking for a Area Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team Nutrivana. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Target Achievement: Ensure delivery of both primary (company to distributor) and secondary (distributor to retailer) sales targets.
Network Expansion: Build and optimize distributor, super-stockist, and modern trade networks across Pimpri-Chinchwad and nearby Pune areas.
Market Penetration: Drive General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) presence in high-density local markets (e.g., Pimpri, Chinchwad, Nigdi, Bhosari, etc.).
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Strong Area knowledge of PCMC.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Typically 1 to 7 years or any experience of field sales in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods sector.
Education: Diploma; Bachelor’s degree; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is highly preferred.
Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with local retailer networks, wholesale markets, and consumer behavior in the Pimpri-Chinchwad region.
Skills: Strong channel management, data-driven reporting, and negotiation skills
Candidate must have their own vehicle and mobile with good network connectivity.
