Core responsibilities include: Sales Target Achievement: Driving sales and ensuring the teammeets monthly/quarterly sales objectives within the assigned territories. Staff Management &Leadership: ● RecruitmentandTraining:Leading, mentoring,andmanagingthearea sales team. ● Performance Monitoring: Setting performancegoals, conducting regular reviews, andensuring discipline and productivity. ● Camps/EventArrangements: ● Coordination andExecution: Planning, organizing, and managing promotional campsandhealtheventstodrive productawarenessandsales. ● Logistics: Ensuring all necessary materials, staff, and permits are in place for successful event execution. ● StoreandInventoryHandling: ● StockOversight: Supervising theproperhandling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products/samples. ● Reporting: Maintaining accurateinventory records and coordinating with the supply chain teamtoprevent stockouts or overstocking. ● MarketAnalysis& Reporting: Monitoring market trends,competitor activities, and preparing detailed sales, staff, and operational reports for senior management. RequirementsandSkills ● Proventrackrecord in salesorbusiness development, preferably in the Pharma/Healthcare sector. ● Strongleadershipandteam management capabilities. ● Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to travel extensively within the designated Delhi regions.
