About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to spearhead our retail distribution and market expansion efforts across Uttarakhand. This role is ideal for a growth-oriented professional passionate about driving sales performance and building strong retail networks.

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead and expand retail distribution within assigned territories.

•  Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

•  Develop and execute strategic sales plans.

•  Build, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams.

•  Strengthen retailer relationships and enhance market penetration.

Candidate Profile

•  Graduate in any discipline (25–35 years).

•  Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in retail distribution of consumer products.

•  Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

•  Self-motivated, with excellent planning and execution skills.

•  Demonstrated success in retail sales growth.
