Position: Area Sales Manager – Gold Loan
📍 Locations: South Delhi & West Delhi
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month + Incentives

Source and onboard new gold loan customers through field visits, local campaigns, and referrals
Conduct in-person meetings to pitch gold loan products and convert leads
Implement targeted area sales strategies to achieve monthly business goals
Build strong customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction
Conduct accurate gold valuation and purity checks using standard tools
Maintain complete documentation and adhere to NBFC compliance guidelines
Monitor competitor activity and stay informed on market trends
🔹 Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
1–2 years of experience in gold loan sales or related field work preferred
Knowledge of gold purity standards and NBFC procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and open to field travel
