Manage and lead the field sales team across assigned areas in West Bengal
Drive sales and marketing activities with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
Monitor team performance, provide training, guidance, and motivation
Ensure timely collections and adherence to company sales processes
