Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at HDFC Life Insurance. The role involves leading a team of Life Insurance Advisors or Business Development Executives, driving sales targets, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors or sales executives.

• Drive business through team members by identifying, developing, and closing life insurance sales opportunities.

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Monitor and analyze team performance, ensuring productivity and goal alignment.

• Conduct regular sales meetings and product trainings.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide post-sales support and ensure timely issuance and servicing of policies.
