Area Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

   • Identify potential clients through fieldwork, referrals, or cold calling.

   • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns or branch walk-ins.

2. Client Consultation:

   • Understand customers' insurance needs.

   • Recommend suitable policies and explain benefits, premiums, and terms.

3. Sales Closure:

   • Assist clients in completing application forms and required documentation.

   • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

4. After-Sales Service:

   • Provide ongoing service to policyholders, including renewals and claims assistance.

   • Maintain strong relationships for future cross-selling or upselling.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

   • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

   • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
