Job Title: Sales OfficerLocation: North DelhiAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team in North Delhi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Cosmetics, Pharma, Colour Bar, or FMCG industries, with a good understanding of the local market.Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned territory. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company. • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the assigned market. • Ensure proper product visibility and placement across outlets. • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and provide timely feedback to the management. • Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and market feedback.Candidate Requirements: • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in Cosmetics, Pharma, Colour Bar, or FMCG industry (minor FMCG experience acceptable). • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of the North Delhi market. • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). • Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month. • T.A./D.A.: As per company policy.Interview Process: • Mode: Face-to-face interviews • Location: Nehru Place Office • Panel: Senior Management Team
