Job Description

The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to promote the company’s products and services effectively.---Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Client AcquisitionIdentify and approach potential clients through calls, visits, and digital channels.Develop and maintain a database of prospects and clients.Build long-term business relationships with customers.2. Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.3. Market Research & ReportingStay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Handle client queries and provide after-sales support.Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.5. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events when required.---Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1–5 years of experience in sales (B2B or B2C).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
