Key Responsibilities and Duties
A. Sales, Revenue Generation, and Market Development
1. Target Achievement: Execute the sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned territory.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and acquire new key accounts and clients
within the designated area through targeted outreach, cold calling, networking, and
promotional activities.
3. Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing
clients to ensure high retention rates, satisfaction, and identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling.
4. Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitive activities, pricing trends, and
market requirements within the territory, providing valuable input for zonal strategy
adjustments.
5. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy, well-organized sales pipeline
(CRM) from lead generation through closure, and forecast monthly sales volumes
accurately.
B. Service Coordination and Execution
1. Service Alignment: Understand client needs and coordinate with the local
Lab/Branch Manager (Technical) to ensure the technical services offered meet quality
and timeline expectations.
2. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the Logistics team and Part-time
Executives to ensure efficient handling of samples, materials, and delivery of final
reports or products to the client.
3. Client Education: Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and
educational sessions for clients, effectively translating the company's technical value
proposition into business benefits.
C. Reporting and Administration
1. Field Reporting: Provide timely and accurate daily/weekly sales activity reports,
expense reports, and market feedback to the RBM/ZBM.
2. Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation, preparation, and execution of client
service agreements and contracts, ensuring profitability margins are maintained.
3. Budget Adherence: Manage the assigned local marketing and travel budget
efficiently.
