Selected Candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Visit medical stores assigned through digital leads and perform product demos
2. Showcase the telemedicine device's features (live doctor consultation, patient data entry, etc.)
3. Convince medical store owners to adopt the device by explaining the benefits and ROI
4. Follow up with non-converted leads until final closure
5. Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, and installation coordination
6. Support the store during the first 10 teleconsultations post-installation
7. Capture photos/videos of patient interactions for marketing content
8. Identify and execute in-store branding (stickers, standees, etc.)
9. Encourage referrals and scout new leads within assigned areas
10. Maintain daily logs of visits, follow-ups, and client feedback
11. Meet weekly/monthly conversion and installation targets
12. Coordinate with the city sales manager for performance updates and lead planning
1. Candidates with field sales experience (preferably in B2B, healthcare, or pharma sales)
2. Willing to travel locally across assigned areas
3. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license (petrol and other travel expenses will be reimbursed)
4. Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
5. Tech-savvy and comfortable demonstrating digital healthcare devices
6. Energetic, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality
7. Able to plan routes efficiently and manage multiple store visits per day
8. Willing to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
9. Immediate joiners will be given preference
