Job Title: Sales Executive – MSME ZED Certification

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Sales Executive to drive enrollment of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under the ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) Certification scheme. The role involves direct interaction with MSME owners, generating leads, and converting prospects into active participants.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads by identifying MSMEs eligible for ZED Certification.

Conduct field visits, calls, and online meetings to pitch the benefits of ZED Certification to potential clients.

Explain ZED scheme features, incentives, and process to MSMEs and resolve client queries effectively.

Assist MSMEs in documentation and registration procedures as per ZED guidelines.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools with client interactions and progress.

Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets set by the organization.

Support marketing efforts by participating in awareness drives, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
