# Area Sales Officer – Fire & Safety Solutions
## About the Role
Addoxyone India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
## Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
• Promote and present the company's Fire Fighting, Fire Safety, Hydrant, Sprinkler, and AMC services to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
• Submit regular sales reports and customer feedback to management.
## Job Requirements
• Qualification: Diploma in Fire & Safety, Fire Engineering, or field related to fire and safety.
• Experience: 0–5 years in Sales, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Fire & Safety, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Basic knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems, Hydrant Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Fire Safety Equipment will be preferred.
