Area Sales Manager – Maharashtra
Harsh Nutricare (Mahak Group) is looking for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales operations.
Role Highlights:
Drive sales strategy and achieve targets for the region.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
Ensure market penetration, product availability, and brand visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution.
What we’re looking for:
Graduate with 3–6 years of sales experience (FMCG/Nutraceutical/Consumer Health/Wellness preferred).
Strong track record in sales leadership similar markets.
Proven ability to manage teams, drive results, and build partnerships.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Salary: ~₹6 LPA (negotiable) + performance incentives & perks
