Job Title: Relationship Manager / Area Sales Manager – Home Loans (DSA Channel)

Role Overview
Responsible for driving home loan sales through direct sourcing and DSA channel management, ensuring lead generation, relationship building, and smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Generate home loan business via direct sales, referrals & DSA network
Recruit, onboard & manage DSA partners
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Build relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners
Drive lead generation, follow-ups & conversions
Manage end-to-end loan process (login to disbursement)
Ensure KYC, documentation & compliance
Monitor performance of self & DSA partners
Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams
Track pipeline, maintain CRM & report performance
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate (Finance/Marketing preferred)
RM: 2–3 years sales experience (home loans preferred)
ASM: 5+ years experience with DSA/channel management
Strong communication, negotiation & sales skills
Knowledge of home loan products & market
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
