About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in Guwahati and nearby regions. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks and ensuring the brand's presence in the cosmetics & personal care market..
Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory. Appoint, and manage distributors, stockist and retailers. Drive secondary sales through effective planning & execution. Implement sales promotions, schemes and product launches in the market. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence. Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors. Manage, motivate and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors. Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Qualifications & Skills: Diploma. Experience: 1 to 3 years in Cosmetics sales with Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Guwahati & North East Market.
