We are seeking a proactive Area Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution, and collection targets in the assigned territory. The role demands strong leadership, market execution, and relationship management skills within the FMCG beverage space.
Achieve monthly sales, volume, and distribution targets.
Manage and motivate distributors, sales executives, and field staff.
Expand retail coverage across GT / MT / HoReCa channels.
Ensure timely payment collection and distributor account reconciliation.
Execute trade marketing, visibility, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.
Ensure on-ground execution of sales and merchandising standards.
Graduate / MBA with 5-7 of FMCG sales experience (preferably beverages).
Strong distributor management and team leadership skills.
Hands-on approach with focus on execution, collections, and growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
