Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new distributors and resellers in the assigned zone.

Actively engage with potential clients through calls and in-person visits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers to drive sales and achieve targets.

Provide product knowledge and support to resellers.

Utilise computer systems for order processing and maintaining accurate records.

Willingness to travel within the designated zone.

Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective strategies.

Requirements:

Fluency in the local language of the assigned zone.

Basic computer skills for order processing and communication.

Prior sales experience is a plus, especially in the packaging of FMCG industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to travel.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Use advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.) for data analysis and reporting

Proactive, organized, data-driven, and a team player.
