Area Sales Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for a result driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our business operations at the district level. The role focuses on building a strong distribution network, driving sales growth, and ensuring market penetration across assigned districts. Key Responsibilities: • Identify potential partners and appoint, develop, and manage districtwise distributors and wholesalers for athleisure, sportswear, and activewear segments • Design and implement district wise sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets • Ensure complete market coverage within assigned districts • Expand business by onboarding new retailers and dealers • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets • Manage sales budgets and ensure profitability • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management • Conduct field visits and travel extensively within assigned districts Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree, • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Apparel / sportswear industry • Strong knowledge of district-wise wholesalers, distributors, and general trade network • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple districts efficiently • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
