We’re Hiring: Sales Manager (Cooler Manufacturing Segment)
Are you a self-driven, target-oriented sales professional ready to make an impact? This is an exciting opportunity to lead market expansion and build a strong sales network across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, dealers & channel partners
• Expand distribution network by appointing new dealers/distributors
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Conduct market research and track competitor activity
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
• Represent the organization at industry events and exhibitions
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (preferred)
• Proven sales experience (manufacturing/appliances/cooler industry preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in dealer/channel development is a plus
• Goal-driven mindset with a strong sales track record
• PAN India working capability & willingness to travel
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month with Excellent Commission
• Attractive commission structure based on performance
• Travel allowance (as per policy)
